proffesionally, this is illegal to do such thing, regardless how much the amount..
it is considered a thievery and corruption in my opinion..
personally, I would like to have a heart-to-heart conversation with him/her first...
after that, in profesional manner, I have enough reasons for my later decisions...
whether it would be paying back the money, or fire and sue him/her....
either way, I must take into consideration that s/he did this not for his/her own needs/wants, but for others..
